Any additional work requested by the Client that falls outside the original scope shall require written approval and may result in additional charges.

6. Manufacturer Products

Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC is not the manufacturer of any paint, coating, sealant, flooring, siding, hardware, lumber, fixtures, appliances, or building materials used during the project.

The Company does not provide warranties for product defects. Manufacturer warranties, if any, shall be governed exclusively by the manufacturer.

9. Change Orders

Any modification to the original scope of work must be approved in writing before the additional work begins.

Verbal requests may result in delays and are not binding unless documented and approved.

Exterior projects may be delayed due to weather conditions including rain, snow, wind, excessive heat, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe conditions.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by weather or events beyond its reasonable control.
